My favorite feedback to date!
Reading this email lifted me to a place that is undiscribable. It is my favorite feedback to date! And the story behind the order is precious to say the least. Maybe I should start with that,
This particular pendant has such a sentimental story behind it and I am so honored to have been able to make it. I designed the image on the back side from portions of a love letter that was written during a time when the two could not be together; he sadly has passed on. The best part is that the images of the letter were taken by the grand-daughter with her cell phone and then forwarded to my email! That way the letter never had to leave it's special location and she could completely surprise her grandma.
So here is the feedback that my customer sent today:
Omg. I got the necklace and gave it to my gram. I told her it was from Grandpa and I. She BAWLED and told me it felt like she now had a little piece of him forever. Through sobs she was like “Who did this masterpiece? Who does this beautiful work? She just made me a little piece of Richard’s love in something so eternal. Bless her. Bless her. God Bless her. I want to be buried with this!” It was MAGICAL.
My dear, if that doesn’t make your job worth doing, I don’t know WHAT does. You are a miracle worker. It was honestly the best present I ever got to give somebody. All because I looked on Etsy and found you.
