After making the decision to close my main website, and conduct business solely through my Etsy store, I realized that I needed a new location for the feedback that my wonderful customers have taken the time to send in. I love to hear from people. And I appreciate feedback more than you can imagine. If you e-mail me a message I will do my best to post it here. *So... I've been remiss in writing you to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for the beautiful bracelet! I got behind on all of my "feedback" on Etsy post-wedding, but I did leave you some positive comments today. My friend, for whom I had ordered the bracelet, was brought to tears. She lost her Dad to cancer last year and has been really missing him ever since. To her, the bracelet is something she can wear and feel close to her Dad, and let him know that she is always thinking of him. Thank you, Keri. *I can't begin to thank you enough for the photo charms. They are beautiful on your website, but in person they are just completely breathtaking. The bride was so overcome with emotion when she saw them and they looked just stunning wrapped around her bouquet. *Keri!! Please forgive me for taking so long to email you. The bracelets were GORGEOUS!! I absolutely loved them and holding onto them for the week before the rehearsal dinner was THE hardest thing to do - I wanted to show everyone and give them to my aunt and cousin. As I told you, my cousin (the bride) lost her father about 10 years ago. When I gave her and my aunt the bracelets at the rehearsal dinner, two nights before the wedding,....I wish you could have been there. I wish you could see just how much all of your hard work and talent means to the recipients of your creations. They were both speechless and crying. I then, of course, heard from a million people (my mother included) "those are beautiful - I would love one..." so there is no doubt that you and I will be doing business again in the near future ;) I gave out your name and contact info to anyone who asked and my aunt and cousin have your card on them because they KNOW people are going to ask them every time they wear their bracelets. I really cannot thank you enough - I am a gift-giver. I love buying things and surprising people...however this was, by far, one of my most favorite gifts I have ever given because it held so much meaning and is so unique and special.
